Politicians have sounded the alarm about the critical decline in the birth rate in Russia for several years. Some measures have been taken by the government and are already working to reverse the process of natural population decline. But the birth rate has not yet been significantly increased.

Raising the status of families, especially those with many children. The negative attitude of society towards large families is not a secret - this must be changed. The state should help them in every possible way: provide real opportunities to take loans at low interest rates for the construction of a house or purchase an apartment, allocate free land for construction, provide free high-quality medical care.
Step 2
Help in the upbringing of children, which should be expressed in the organization of preferential recreation for them, expanding opportunities for additional education in music, sports and art schools, preferential visits to cultural and entertainment events.
Step 3
Ensuring the welfare of the family. If a mother with three or more children wants to raise them at home, she should receive a salary for this. Parents with many children must have a job with a decent salary, which can support a large family. In rural areas, families need to be assisted in developing their own economy.
Step 4
Construction of housing and preschool institutions. There should be no shortage of places in kindergartens. Accordingly, educators and teachers should receive good salaries so that parents can be confident in the quality of childcare and education.
Step 5
The implementation of programs to increase the birth rate will become possible after the introduction of a progressive tax on income - whoever earns more pays more taxes to the state. There is no other way. There should be no unreported income. After paying taxes, a family with children should have a sufficient amount for living, that is, the adoption of a law that reduces the tax burden for large families is necessary.
