Going to the cinema or theater is the dream of many children and adolescents. Actor Alexei Shutov was able to realize his childhood aspirations and is now recognizable by the Russian audience. His work in the series "The Return of Mukhtar" is still a visiting card for many.
Biography
Alexey Shutov was born in Yakutsk in 1975. His parents had nothing to do with art and cinema, and at first even insisted on the mathematical education of their son. Until adolescence, Alexey tried many directions - there were sports, playing the guitar, accordion and piano. The boy's musical abilities were excellent, he was even invited to enter the school.
But the stage became the main hobby. During his school years, Alexey Shutov tried to participate in all creative projects. From the fifth grade I enrolled in the Palace of Pioneers, where the theater group worked. Even in his free time, Alexey preferred going to the theater to any other entertainment.
His hobby began to affect his studies - Shutov calmly skipped lessons and neglected his homework. His academic performance was getting worse, but only his parents were worried about it. They made several attempts to prohibit visiting the theater studio, but this did not work.
Theatre
But Alexei's persistence bore fruit. VGIK employees came to their city and decided to look for talents further from the center of Russia. Alexey was finishing school at that time and, of course, did not miss such an event. Shutov still remembers his speech before A. Filozov and considers it an event that determined his fate. The only problem was that the young artist had not yet graduated from school. Parents have already ceased to oppose the choice of their son and tried to support and help him. Mom herself went with him to Moscow and helped him get used to the role of a student. Until the last, she was against the choice of such a career by her son, but still respected his decision and perseverance. From the very first attempt, he was enrolled in the VGIK at the acting department. Its stream was supervised by A. Dzhigarkhanyan and A. Filozov.
Alexey admits that it was difficult at first. Rescued by the help of parents and their own earned money. He started earning money early - in clubs, in theater studios (taught pedagogy), in summer camps (worked as a counselor).
After receiving his diploma (in 1995), Aleksey Shutov was immediately invited by his mentor Dzhigarkhanyan to the troupe of his theater. For some time he successfully performed there, then moved to the "Center for Drama and Directing". Its leaders were M. Roshchin and A. Kazantsev. But a year later he returns to his first mentor.
