He said the following about his act: "It accumulates, accumulates, and then the cup fills up." Andrei Vadimovich's discontent was caused by the high level of corruption in the country.
The authorities argue that it is worth defending your rights in court. Especially when it comes to corruption. But the leader of the Mashina Vremeni group claims that such measures of struggle are not suitable for Russia. After all, he is sure that the judicial apparatus in our country is either a machine for punishing the unwanted, or an apparatus for taking money from plaintiffs.
Andrei Vadimovich claims that over the past five to six years, the level of corruption has increased dramatically. And if earlier the rollback was about 30 percent, now it has grown to 70 percent. Of course, this state of affairs cannot suit honest citizens. Makarevich asks the president to resolve the issue of corruption in the country, without naming, however, methods of combating it. The renowned musician does not expect any decision or change in the current laws. He simply does what he cannot but do. According to him, he was faced with a situation where the rollback amounted to an altogether fabulous amount, namely 95 percent.
Makarevich warns that if the situation in the country does not change, it could threaten "total disaster." The musician is sure that serious changes in the state occur only at the will of the leaders. Andrei Vadimovich hopes that the president is worried about the situation in the country, and he simply does not fully understand the depth and severity of the problem.
The leader of the Time Machine group claims that the country is divided into two parts. One of them feeds on pullbacks, while the other is afraid of losing its 30 percent (what remains after a pullback). Moreover, in his blog, the musician claims that such a division is the deliberate result of the work of Vladimir Vladimirovich. In his letter, however, he did not say that. On the contrary, he asked the president to restore order in the country.
