It is necessary

- - copies of passports of all adult family members, birth certificates of minor children;
- - certificate of income for the last 12 months of a citizen and family members acting as co-borrowers for a loan (loan).
Instructions
Step 1
Determine the amount of the grant you are applying for. To do this, determine the total family income and the amount of utility bills. The amount of the subsidy will be equal to the amount of utility bills minus 10% of the total family income. In addition, take into account the norms for the area that falls on one person. Today, one person accounts for 21 square meters and 10, 5 meters for the whole family. The subsidy will be accrued only on the basis of the housing area norm, and if you have extra space, then you will not receive a subsidy for it.
Step 2
Sign up to the district department of labor and social protection of the population at the place of registration for an appointment with a specialist. This can be done either over the phone or by making an appointment with a specialist by visiting your social welfare department.
Step 3
At the appointed time for you, show up for an appointment with a social security specialist. In his office, fill out the subsidy application form and the income statement for the whole family. On the income statement of the whole family, list all official income and purchases at a value in excess of 10 minimum living wages. This data will be verified by the service staff. Submit the package of collected documents along with the application.
Step 4
Wait for documents to be reviewed. It takes 10 days to check the reliability of all the data, after which the employees of the department and social protection of the population will notify you of the decision.
