Step 1
If not available, apply for a Social Card - Visa Electron. It will be enough just to present identity documents and fill out a questionnaire at the nearest Regional Department of Social Protection of the Population. Also, to transfer pension payments to an account, you must fill out an application at the regional territorial administration of the Pension Fund of Russia. Receiving city benefits with the help of a card is made out in the same RUSZN.
Step 2
Contact any branch of the Bank of Moscow or any post office in Moscow. You must have your card and ID with you. Clearly state the amount you need, and then check its correctness, sign on the check and take the card, identity card and cash. This is the most common way to receive retirement funds, but there is another, which is detailed in the following paragraphs.
Step 3
Find a working ATM at a branch of the Bank of Moscow or any other bank convenient for you. But remember that when withdrawing funds in this way, a commission may be withdrawn in accordance with the stated rates. Therefore, if you have time, it is better to use the standard cash withdrawal method.
Step 4
Insert the card face-down and enter the PIN. It is provided when registering an invoice. Next, enter the amount you need. Be very careful when entering your PIN, because in case of three consecutive errors, the card will be blocked and may even be withdrawn by the bank.

Follow the instructions on the monitor. Cash and card must be collected as soon as possible. There is time to receive funds. It averages about thirty seconds. If something goes wrong, don't panic. It often happens that the ATM does not withdraw the card, but simply a failure occurs in the system. If the card is actually withdrawn, as a rule, an announcement sounds for the invitation of the next client. When dispensing cash, a receipt is attached, which should be kept. It shows the amount withdrawn, as well as the account balance.
