Biography
The footballer was born on February 5, 1984, in the city of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. The future striker had a difficult childhood. Mother left the family when Carlos was only 6 months old. The father was killed when Carlos was 6 years old. The future star was adopted by his own aunt, who already had four of her children.
Tevez grew up in the most disadvantaged area of Buenos Aires, but managed to escape the fate of most of the street boys in the disadvantaged area - the drug business and prison. He played football. In 1992, the striker got into the academy of the Argentine club "All Boys", spent 4 years there. In 1997 he moved to the academy of the Argentinean football grandee Boca Juniors.
Career
At the age of 16, Carlos signed his first adult contract with Boca Juniors. As part of the Argentinean grandee for 4 seasons, Tevez played 75 games and signed at the opponent's goal 26 times. He won the Argentine Championship, the Argentine Cup, the Copa Libertadores, and in the final of the Intercontinental Cup, together with the team, he beat the then formidable Italian Milan.

In 2006, the striker nevertheless moved to Europe, namely to London's West Ham, together with his friend Javier Mascherano. At West Ham, the forward was remembered for criticizing team head coach Alan Pardew.
Tevez did not last long in London and moved to the legendary Manchester United to Sir Alex Ferguson. In Manchester, the forward played 63 games and scored 19 times. He became a two-time champion of England, but most importantly, he won the Champions League with Manchester.
2009 was marked for the striker by moving to Manchester City. A contract was signed for 5 years. Tevez played 113 games in City and was the team captain. In 2011, he had a row with the team's management and asked in writing to put him on the transfer. Also, the forward was in conflict with the coach Roberto Mancini (the current coach of the Italian national team). After the scandal, the forward spent two more seasons at City and still left the team.
Then Tevez moved to Juventus Turin. He spent two quality seasons with the team, won the Italian championship, reached the Champions League final, but was defeated by Barcelona. The striker's career went into the sunset and Tevez decided to return home to his native "Boca". Spent a season here and won the Argentine Championship.
In 2016, Carlos decided to move to play in exotic China, to the Shanghai Shenhua club, where he became the highest paid footballer in the world. In Shanghai, Tevez played only 16 games and in January 2018 the forward returned to Boca Juniors, where he still plays.
