Jerry Trainor (full name Geraldine William) is an American film and television actor, producer and director. Fame came to him after starring in the youth TV series "iCarly", where he played Spencer Neck.

The future actor was born in the United States in the winter of 1977 in the family of Madeline and William Trainor. His mother worked as a mathematics teacher at the university school, so Jerry became interested in the exact sciences at an early age.
He attended San Diego High School, which later became Cathedral Catholic High School. Jerry was one of the best students in his class in mathematics, for some time he dreamed of becoming an architect.
In middle school, the boy became interested in creativity and took an active part in the projects of the school drama studio. He has appeared in many student-directed plays, including: "Pajama Game", "The Matchmaker", "Guys and Dolls", "Up the Down Staircase", "Sugar".
By the time he graduated, Jerry changed his views on future life. Instead of choosing a profession related to scientific activity, he decided to become an actor.
According to Jerry himself, since childhood he was a real comedian who did everything to make his friends laugh at his antics and jokes.

In 2006, Trainor was cast for the lead role of Spencer Neck in the youth TV series iCarly. He starred in the project for 6 seasons and gained a large army of fans. In 2009, the video game iCarly was released based on the series.
In 2008, the film "iCarly Goes to Japan" was released on television, in which Jerry reappeared as Spencer Neck.
