Ingrid Bulsø Berdal is a Norwegian actress and producer best known for Lost (Cold Booty), Lost 2: Resurrection, The Forbidden Zone, Hercules, Westworld. Ingrid's creative biography began in 2005 and today she has more than thirty roles in films.

Childhood and adolescence
The girl was born in the spring of 1980 in the small town of Utey. All her childhood was spent in the commune of Inderey, intended for the living of workers. A few years later, the family moved to the city of Trondheim, where Ingrid went to school.
Already in primary school, the girl was carried away by creativity, and she showed a great interest in music. Despite the fact that the family lived modestly, the parents found money so that Ingrid could take individual lessons from a private teacher. In addition, the girl was actively involved in oriental practices and martial arts. She was taught to do this by her older brother, who also devoted a lot of time to martial arts.
Another hobby of Ingrid was cinema. She reviewed films hundreds of times with the participation of her favorite actors: Zh-K. Van Damme, C. Norris, B. Lee, J. Chan. I must say that in the development of martial arts, among which were kickboxing and taekwondo, the girl achieved very good results and repeatedly took part in various competitions.
After graduating from school, Berdal entered the department of improvisation and jazz singing at a local university, and later moved to Oslo, where she continued her education at the Academy of Dramatic Arts and began to master acting from one of the leading teachers, Irina Malochevskaya, who teaches her students according to the famous K. Stanislavsky.
Her theatrical career began during her studies, when Ingrid was accepted into the troupe of the Norwegian National Academic Theater. Already in the first year of her work in the theater, the actress received the Gedda award in the Debut of the Year nomination.
Ingrid did not leave her passion for music either. For several years she was the lead singer of the rock band "Crescent Moon" and performed at numerous concerts and festivals.
Film career
Ingrid's creative biography continued in the cinema. She played her first roles in the short films Limbo and Terje Vigen. Then she was offered a dramatic role in the film "Sons", and in 2006 she joined the cast of the film "Lost". The film was shot in the horror genre and was aimed more at teenagers. Berdal played one of the main roles in it and soon became one of the most popular actresses not only in Norway, but throughout the world. The film itself has been recognized as one of the best horror films in the history of this genre in Norway.
The immense popularity of the film among viewers allowed the film crew to launch a sequel to the film called Lost 2: Resurrection. For her role in the first and second parts of the film, Berdal received the "Amanda" award in the nomination "Actress of the Year", awarded by Norwegian filmmakers.
Berdal's creative career developed successfully in the following years. She starred in the psychological thriller "Lunatic asylum", the science fiction series "Honored", the action movie "Prisoner. Escape”, comedy“Hellfjord”.
In 2012, the actress begins her career in Hollywood. The painting "Forbidden Zone" became the debut American project. This was followed by work in the films: "The ABC of Death", "Witch Hunters", "Hercules" and in the series "Westworld".
Personal life
Ingrid maintains excellent relations with her family and often visits her parents and brother. But she prefers not to tell anyone about her personal life. The press did not manage to find out anything about her marital status and relationships of the opposite sex.
