To find the postal identifier, look for the 14-digit number on the check received when sending at the post office in accordance with domestic and international standards.

Enter the mail ID number into your computer without brackets or spaces. As practice shows, a significant part of the "freezing" of international parcels occurs at the customs. If during the tracking process you received the information "Transferred to customs", then try to call the customs point of the Russian Post. Based on the data you provided, you will receive information about the location of the parcel.

It often happens that when you have already received information about the parcel, which says that it "left the place of international exchange", but then it is not there for a long time, then contact your post office for information. According to the established standards, the time for the parcel to pass from customs to your post office should not exceed 7 days.
