Step 1
Write a simple letter to the President of the Russian Federation. In it, state in detail and clearly all the details of the problem that concerns you. Highlight a specific question or requirement. When pointing out certain facts, clearly report the place of their occurrence and the exact date.
Step 2
You can send a letter using mail services at the following addresses: Russia, 103132, Moscow, st. Ilyinka, d. 23, or Russia, 103132, Moscow, Staraya square, 4. These addresses are the location of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, which will study your problem. You should receive a response to the written message no later than a month after the appeal.

Choose how you would like to receive the President's response: written or electronic. If you choose the written answer, you will also need to indicate your mailing address, in addition to your email address. Provide reliable data, it is in your best interest.
Step 5
Next, you will need to choose the addressee of your message: the President or the Presidential Administration. Then, from the drop-down list, select the subject of your appeal, for example: "housing" or "civil law", etc.
Step 6
In the main field for the text of your appeal, please note that the message should not exceed 2000 characters. Try to state the facts accurately, succinctly and concisely. In addition, in this form you have the opportunity to attach a document or several documents related to the essence of your question. These can be photographs, copies of certificates, statements, refusals, etc. The size of additional materials should not exceed 5 MB.
Step 7
After writing a letter and attaching the necessary files, you can either click the "Send" button, or put an icon in the box "Contact in the same letter on another issue." In the latter case, another field will appear in front of you to describe the new problem. You do not have to fill in your contact information (name, address, phone number, etc.).
