Step 1
Postal items are classified by type: postcard, letter, parcel post, parcel, secogram, etc., and are divided into domestic and international. When sending a parcel abroad, you need to remember that in each country there are lists of goods allowed for shipment, prohibited and limited, provided for by customs legislation. You need to familiarize yourself with them in advance. If everything is in order, you can go to the nearest post office. It is better to purchase a suitable container for shipment at the post office. Responsibly treat the quality of the packaging of the attachment being sent.

Filling out the customs declaration according to the sample, you need to indicate the declared value and draw up a detailed list of the contents of the parcel. The responsible employee will check and pack the cargo. The address of the sender is written in the upper left corner of the box, in the lower right - the recipient, in block letters and Arabic numerals. All inscriptions in the addressee's language are duplicated in Russian without abbreviations and corrections.

Having filled in all the necessary documents, you will receive a check indicating the postal identifier assigned to your parcel - a thirteen-digit alphanumeric international code, which will allow you to track the stages of cargo movement through the territory of Russia (through a single accounting database) and abroad (on official foreign websites). To do this, on the Rospochta website in the search form, you need to indicate the parcel number without spaces and brackets.
Step 5
If the dates indicated in the appeared electronic form do not coincide with the real ones or there are no "signs of movement" at all, you can check the status of your shipment with the operator by making a free call to the hotline or by asking a question at the e-mail address indicated on the website. If necessary, you can write a statement about the quality of services or the search for lost cargo, handing it over to the responsible employee of the dispatch department. You need to have your passport and receipt with you. In return, you will receive a document (tear-off coupon) confirming the acceptance of your application.
