NTV as one of the central channels is very popular with viewers. On it you can see very diverse programs for a wide audience. And it so happens that the viewer, having watched any program, wants to contact the editorial office. Often, even the editorial staff of the program itself invites viewers to write and suggest, for example, new topics for discussion or their participation in discussions. But how to write to the TV channel correctly? The Internet will help you find contacts of both the channel's directorate and specific programs.
Instructions
Step 1
Find the official website of the NTV television company on the Internet. This can be done by asking the corresponding query in the search engine.
Step 2
Open the home page of the site. If you want to contact the directorate of the channel, click on the "TV company" button. It can be found in the gray line at the top of the page.
Step 3
Scroll down the page. Below you will see both postal and e-mail addresses of the channel's management. Choose the address that suits your needs. For advertising, you need to write to one address, and for general questions, with suggestions and comments, to another. You can send both an e-mail and a regular letter. You can also ask your question on the TV company's forum, which is also located on the website.
Step 4
If you want to write for a specific program, click on the "TV program" button in the gray line. Next, find the program you need using the search system. The search can be by new programs, by air time - in the morning, afternoon or evening - and alphabetically.
Step 5
Open the page of the program you are interested in. On the pages of many programs, there will be a "Write to us" button on the right. Click on this button.
Step 6
You will have a field to fill out, where you will need to enter your name, e-mail, message subject and the message itself. After filling in, click on the "Submit" button. Thus, the TV program will receive your question or request.
Step 7
If you did not find the "Write to us" button, you can contact the program management using the general email address for suggestions and wishes indicated on the "TV Channel" page.
