To obtain a license to purchase weapons designed for self-defense - traumatic or gas, you will need to undergo a medical examination, obtain certificates from a psychiatrist and a narcologist stating that you are not registered with these medical specialists, as well as a medical certificate in form 046-1. You will need to take a picture and attach two 3x4 photographs to your application for the purchase of the weapon. In some departments of licensing and permitting work at the ATC, where weapons permits are issued, it is required to attach the text of the application in electronic form. In addition, you need to submit a report from your district police officer that there is a metal lockable box in your house, in which weapons will be stored; as well as a photocopy of the valid passport pages, a copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority with the TIN, work data and a receipt for payment of the state license fee. In this case, the amount of the fee is 0.3 of the established minimum wage (minimum wage).
Step 2
When you are going to apply for a license to purchase a smooth-bore hunting weapon, you need to get a special metal safe where it will be stored. On the presence of such a safe in your house, the district police officer must draw up an appropriate report, which you attach to the package of documents. Its list corresponds to the above, but the amount of the state fee for obtaining a license in this case will be 1 minimum wage In addition, a copy of your hunting ticket must be attached to the application.
Step 3
If we are talking about buying a rifled hunting weapon, you will additionally need a certificate stating that you have a hunting weapon registered at least 5 years ago, an application from your society of hunters. You will also need to attach a receipt to the application: on the payment of a state fee in the amount of 2 minimum wages and payment of a permit to store and carry weapons. In addition, an act of checking the premises for storing weapons will be required, which must be signed by the district police officer, the representative of the licensing authority and you; as well as a characteristic on you, issued by the personnel department of the enterprise where you work.
