Military service significantly limits the freedom of servicemen. Dismissal from the army is due to several reasons: the end of the contract, discrediting, length of service, marital status, change of residence, etc.
Instructions
Step 1
Officers who have not entered into contracts for military service in the army, but who are undergoing compulsory or long-term service in the army, may submit reports on their dismissal from military service if, after graduating from an educational institution of vocational education, the total duration of military service in military positions is at least 5 years.
Step 2
A soldier must provide at least two valid reasons for consideration by the immediate commander and the certification commission of the corresponding military unit. The attestation commission and the commander determine the degree of "respect" independently. Therefore, the resignation report must be correctly drawn up. Further, the soldier must send a dismissal report with the obligatory indication of the grounds for dismissal from military service, registering him in advance in the expedition of a military unit or in office work.
Step 3
The immediate commander of a soldier sends a certification sheet and a report for consideration by the certification commission.
Step 4
The attestation commission accepts for consideration the materials sent to it and, having personally listened to the serviceman, makes a decision upon his appeal, which is necessarily reflected in the attestation sheet and the minutes of the meeting of the attestation commission.
Step 5
The certification sheet is approved by the commander. The soldier must familiarize himself with the content and put his signature. The final decision on the dismissal of a serviceman of his own free will is taken by the immediate commander of the given military unit.
