Any tenant knows how high the utility bills are and how difficult it can be to obtain adequate quality service from the management company, how often you can only get another reply to a request to fix a problem. How to correctly write a complaint to the housing department in order to achieve the desired result?
Instructions
Step 1
Start traditionally: by writing your last name, first name, patronymic, home address. Write to whom the complaint is intended. As a rule, it is written in the name of the head of the housing department.
Step 2
Be sure to indicate whether the housing is privatized or municipal. Keep in mind that work inside a privatized home is carried out at the expense of the homeowner. But the gusts in the entrance or in the basement of the housing department should be eliminated without charging the tenant.
Step 3
Note that you have no utility bills in arrears.
Step 4
Indicate in the complaint when the last repair work was carried out by the management company.
Step 5
If you require, for example, to carry out repairs in the entrance, be sure to collect the signatures of the tenants. Indicate in your complaint if this is not your first request.
Step 6
Be aware that apartment buildings have an entryway janitorial position. Therefore, require regular cleaning in it. The light bulbs must also be changed by the housing department employees.
Step 7
If your pipe was leaking for a long time, and there was no response to your repeated calls to the duty officer, write a complaint. The result of such a negligent attitude of the housing department employees may be a flooded apartment of a neighbor.
Step 8
If you nevertheless flooded the apartment from below through the fault of the housing department, file a statement of claim in court or write a letter to the management company demanding to make repairs at their expense.
Step 9
Write down why the problem occurred, which apartment was flooded and what the amount of damage was. List what things have gone bad, such as swollen laminate flooring. Indicate how many times and when (it is advisable to write a specific date) you applied to the housing department. Each time you submit a request or complaint, please register and leave a copy with you.
