The fate of Lech Kaczynski was tragic - he died in a plane crash. As president of Poland, he was unable to complete the planned projects and development programs of his country. He sincerely believed in democratic principles and was selflessly devoted to them.

On the one hand, the Polish gentry worshiped the German electors. On the other hand, they despised their neighbors, the Slavs from the east.
Lech Kaczynski and twin brother Jaroslav were born into a family of patriots of Polish identity. Parents took an active part in World War II on the side of the Regional Army. His father is a successful engineer, and his mother taught philology. The Polish family of intellectuals was not much different from the Soviet one. Their common platform was their hostility to the communist principles of the structure of society. From a young age, the child, along with his brother, absorbed the corresponding ideas and approaches. The time has come, and Lech received his law degree at the University of Warsaw.
The brothers began their political career in the so-called Committee for the Protection of Workers. The year was 1977. The well-known leader of the Walesa Dockworkers' Union at that time praised Kaczynski's work to undermine the foundations of the socialist state. It is important to note that the young politician advocated traditional values in his personal life, against abortion and euthanasia. He knew quite well how society lived and what problems had to be solved first of all. This position aroused the respect and love of the broad strata of the electorate.
Presidency and doom
The biography of a politician is made up of a wide variety of events and decisions that he makes. The career of the Kaczynski politicians was moving, as they say, uphill. Fate wanted Lech Kaczynski to win the 2005 presidential race. As informed experts note, from this moment both twin brothers begin to rule the state. One is the President of the country, the other is the Prime Minister. The first result of the joint "creativity" can be called the aggravation of relations with Russia.
The stumbling block was the traditional discrepancy in the assessment of historical events and the implementation of global projects at the moment. The Poles persistently, despite the obvious facts, accused the Russians of shooting Polish officers at Katyn. We have consistently opposed the construction of the Nord Stream gas pipeline. This list can be continued, but the point is different. It must be understood that the root causes of today's hostility are rooted in the distant past. And this past does not want to let go of anti-Russian politicians.
It is believed that the President of Poland Lech Kaczynski died as a result of excessive ambition and self-conceit. A representative delegation of the Polish establishment flew from Warsaw to Smolensk. While landing in poor visibility conditions, the plane crashed and all people on board were killed. Among the dead are the husband and wife of the Kaczynski. The President took his wife Maria with him on a trip to Russia. They have a daughter, Martha, and two granddaughters.
