Step 1

An application for a rally is submitted 10-15 days before the date of its holding.
Step 3
The application must indicate the purpose of the public event, for example: to protest against the demolition of a library in your city. The form of the event is a meeting. Venue - indicate the exact address. The application must indicate the date and time of the beginning and end of the meeting. The planned number of participants is also indicated. In the application, you need to register a person or an initiative group of citizens who are the organizers of the rally, indicating their passport data. An important issue is the provision of law and order and the provision of first aid. This is allowed to be done on their own, which must be reflected in the application. There must be an authorized representative for each of these issues. In the application, their personal data are indicated. At the end of the application, do not forget to indicate the date and signatures of the organizers and authorized persons.
Step 4
If permission is given to hold a rally, start preparing. You will need to conduct agitation so that a sufficient number of people come to your rally, prepare slogans and banners, think over the event scenario. Who will be given the floor and in what order, how will you address the audience and what issues will be raised.
