Counters when calculating utility costs are becoming mandatory. This allows you to save money and better control your costs. However, filling out the receipt forms is difficult for many.

In the specially designated column, indicate the amount of outstanding payment arrears, if any. Enter the service you are paying for, as well as the billing period.
Step 5
Enter in a separate column the meter readings for the past billing period. Fill in the new information. Find the difference. This will be the volume of the consumed service. Enter it on your receipt. Step 7
You can pay for the service at any bank or organization that accepts payments for utilities.

Step 9
In the event that you find a completed receipt in your mailbox, ask the housing and communal service how it appeared there. Ask them to verify payment details.
