It is necessary

  • - international passport;
  • - documents from the company.

Instructions

Step 1

Emigration to Serbia is possible when opening a business in the country (or when working for a Serbian company) or when buying real estate. In addition, moving to Serbia is possible with a student visa.

Step 2

The first option involves opening a working or fictitious company. To obtain documents for a company, you must have a ready-made business plan (in Serbian), as well as an extract from the bank on the availability of authorized capital. The minimum share capital is from 500 euros. Then you need to issue a residence permit (temporary residence permit). To obtain a residence permit, you need to have documents on renting real estate (house or apartment) in Serbia with confirmation from the owners. All available papers, along with an application for a residence permit, are submitted from Russia to the Serbian Embassy in Moscow. Residence permit is given for 1 year with the possibility of extension up to 3 years. If you have an employer in Serbia, you can get a residence permit for 1 year. The documents from the employer and the application for a residence permit are submitted on the territory of Russia.

Step 3

When buying real estate in the country, the buyer receives a residence permit in the country in stages: the first period is up to six months, then more. To obtain a residence permit when buying real estate, it is necessary to submit to the authorities documents confirming the transaction and the right to own an apartment or house, as well as documents on permanent income in Serbia or abroad (rent agreement, if housing is rented in Russia, certificates of wages or bank statements accounts).

Step 4

One of the ways for young people to immigrate to Serbia is to enroll in one of the country's universities. To obtain a temporary residence permit, you need to submit a package of documents from the university and confirmation of the financial condition (account statements, certificates of payment for studies, etc.). Studying at a university allows you to stay in Serbia until you receive your diploma. On average, training takes 4 to 6 years. There is an opportunity to enter postgraduate and doctoral studies, as well as further employment in universities and research centers of the country (mainly located in Belgrade).

Step 5

Serbian permanent residence can be obtained after 5 years of residence with a temporary residence permit. Obtaining Serbian citizenship is possible after 8 years of residence in the country, provided that you know the language. Accelerating the acquisition of permanent residence and citizenship is the presence of a Serbian spouse and joint children, as well as the presence of proven Serbian ancestors (confirmed by relevant documents) or a significant contribution to the culture and economy of the country.
