Andrey was born in Ufa on April 30, 1974. He does not remember his own father, his mother divorced him. The children were raised by their stepfather, he was a research assistant, and also created humorous pictures for magazines. Mother was a housewife.

Two years later, the album "Only you" was released, which became very successful. Many songs have become hits. Since 1998, Gubin began to tour, concerts were held in full halls.
In 1999 Andrey visited Canada to record an English-language album. However, the plan failed, the singer returned to Russia, where the song "I Dream of You" appeared. She became an instant hit.
