Early years, adolescence

Nikolai Ivanovich was born on July 26, 1912. The family had many children, they lived in the village of Sergiev-Gorki (Vladimir region). His father was a peasant, but then he managed to become an assistant to the ship. The mother was in charge of the household.

After the revolution, the head of the family became director of a flax mill, but soon died. The children had to work hard, and the family got back on its feet. However, during the period of dispossession of kulaks, a new misfortune befell them - their mother was sent to the North. The children began to live with relatives in Moscow and Perm.

Growing up, Nikolai went to the factory, becoming a fitter, but he dreamed of working in a theater. He was accepted into the studio of the Mossovet Theater, having discerned talent in the boy.

Creative biography

After graduation, Parfyonov was taken into the troupe of the Mossovet Theater, where he worked almost all his life. Among the productions with his participation are the following: "Minor", "Masquerade", "The Brothers Karamazov". He had one main role - Mitrofanushka in "The Ignorant". Orlova Lyubov, Ranevskaya Faina, Plyatt Rostislav, Mordvinov Nikolay also worked in this troupe.

In 1944, Nikolai starred in the film for the first time, his debut was the role in the film "Native Fields". Later there were filming in the films "Come to me, Mukhtar!", "Beware of the car". All of his characters became memorable.

In 1975, Parfyonov was invited to the shooting of the film "Afonya". Later there were other films: "Wizards", "Evening Maze", "Live in Joy". He also took part in the filming of newsreels ("Fitil", "Yeralash").

To create images of ordinary people on stage, the actor visited the market in Cheryomushki. He simply watched the salespeople and passers-by, noting the character traits of each. Such observations became a good school.

Parfyonov has always been in demand, although the role of a "household" actor has been fixed for him. His acting in the episodes became unrivaled, all of his characters were natural.

Nikolai Ivanovich died on January 7, 1999 from a stroke. He was 87 years old.

Personal life

Parfyonov was married 2 times. The first wife was Olga Vasilyeva, an actress. They met in their student years. The couple had a daughter, Irina, then the marriage broke up.

In the future, Nikolai Ivanovich met Larisa Alekseevna, a theater worker. They lived together for 47 years, but they did not have common children. Larisa had a son from her first marriage, with him Nikolai quickly found a common language.

In recent years, Parfyonov took a lot of care of his wife, who was paralyzed. In life he was sociable, loved to play chess. Nikolai Ivanovich went in for sports, played tennis. He also hunted and fished, often walked in the park. The actor led a healthy lifestyle, did not smoke, did not drink alcohol.
