Alexander Sergeevich Misharin is the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region, who was approved for this position by the President of Russia in 2009. Before him, for a long period, the head of the territorial unit was Eduard Ergartovich Rossel.
Instructions
Step 1
First, prepare the text of the letter. If it is required to draw the governor's attention to the solution of a mass problem by means of a message, then it is advisable to draw up a collective appeal, under which, for persuasiveness, all interested parties must be signed. The writing of the text should be approached responsibly. The use of insults, obscene language, humiliation, inappropriate personifications and metaphors should be avoided. The text should reflect the reasons and purposes of the appeal.
Step 2
Start your story with a key message. This will allow you not to miss the most important thing. Ideally, it is desirable to reflect the following points:
• a brief background of the appeal (in connection with which the idea arose to write a letter to the governor);
• the essence of the problem, starting with its origins and ending with a sketch of the situation at the present moment in time;
• the reasons for the emergence of a conflict or dispute and the consequences of the authorities' inaction, which seem to the author to be the most obvious;
• possible ways to solve the problem;
• expected response.
Step 3
A letter on paper can be dropped into a mailbox located at the address: Yekaterinburg, pl. Oktyabrskaya, 1, 2nd entrance, room 204 on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. Be sure to indicate the return address, it is needed to send return correspondence. However, you should not hope that the governor will personally answer your questions: all messages from citizens are sent for processing, after which the signed letters are sent to the authority on the ownership of the image. Letters are accepted only upon presentation of an identity document.
Step 4
Another way to draw the governor's attention to the problem and speed up its resolution is to write to him by e-mail, leave a message on his personal blog or Twitter, or publish the text of the appeal on social networks - Facebook and VKontakte.
