There are two ways to get a passport in Barnaul. The first one is to submit documents for registration to the district Office of the Federal Migration Service. The second is to use the Internet portal of government services.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to obtain a foreign passport, Russian citizens must collect the following set of documents:
- an application for a foreign passport (print from the official website of the Office of the Federal Migration Service and fill in in clear block letters);
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- a receipt confirming the payment of the duty (for the production of an old-style passport you will have to pay 1000 rubles, for a biometric one - 2500 rubles);
- photo - for a biometric passport - 2 pcs., for an old-style document - 3 pcs. Photos can be either color or black and white. Most importantly, they should be matte, in an oval with shading. A photo for a foreign passport of a new sample is taken by a special apparatus at the Office of the Federal Migration Service when submitting documents. The photographs brought with you are necessary for the questionnaire, which will remain in the archive;
- military ID containing a record of the end of service. It can be replaced by a certificate from the military commissariat. These documents need to be provided only to men 18-27 years old;
- permission of the command, issued in accordance with the established procedure (for servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation);
- a previously issued foreign passport, if its validity period at the time of receiving a new one has not expired.
Step 2
A separate passport must be issued for the child. Children registered in the parents' document are not allowed abroad.
Step 3
Having assembled the necessary kit, contact the district Office of the Federal Migration Service. There are five of them in Barnaul. The organizations are located in the Oktyabrsky, Zheleznodorozhny, Industrialny, Leninsky and Central regions. Step 4
An employee of the department will check whether the questionnaire has been completed correctly and whether all the documents are available. If everything is in order, you will be issued a new passport, which can be collected in a month. In the spring and summer, due to the large number of applicants, the production time can be delayed.
Step 5
To issue a passport through the website https://www.gosuslugi.ru/, register on it. The procedure takes place in three stages. First, the registration message comes to your email. Following the link, you will be taken to the created account. After that, a confirmation request will be sent to your mobile phone. Then a letter is sent to the place of registration with a description of further actions. By entering the code received in the envelope on the website, you can fill out an application for a new foreign passport
Step 6
The package of documents collected for the passport will still have to be taken to the district department of the Office of the Federal Migration Service. But you will avoid long queues. The passport processing specialist will contact you in advance and set the date and time for the transfer of the originals.
Step 7
The new foreign passport will be ready seven working days after the submission of the set of documents to the employee of the Office of the Federal Migration Service. To obtain it, take your civil passport with you.
