If you are the victim of bullying, insult or other wrongdoing, you must defend your rights. This can be done by writing a complaint about an administrative offense to the law enforcement agencies.

Step 1
If you think you have been treated unfairly or offensively, do not tolerate resentment. From childhood, we are taught that it is shameful to complain, it is not good to sneak, and so on. This unties the hands of boors and hooligans who are used to feeling their impunity. Defend your rights, and, perhaps, life in the city will become calmer, and people will learn to treat you more politely.
Step 2
If neighbors disturb your night peace with loud music or constant scandals, contact your district police officer and write a statement to them. At night, and more specifically from 11 pm to 7 am, you have the right to call a police squad to calm down your neighbors. If the noise bothers you in the daytime and interferes with your life, and the district police officer says that "during the day everything is possible", remind about item 3 Article 17 of the Constitution, according to which "the exercise of the rights of a citizen should not violate the rights and freedoms of other citizens." Be persistent and get your way.
Step 3
If a neighbor, a shop assistant, or any other person insulted you with foul language in a conversation, call the police and demand to draw up a protocol on the commission of an administrative offense. If you have witnesses who confirm the fact of the insult, a petty hooliganism case will be opened and your opponent will be fined. An insult is not only the use of profanity against you, but also, for example, comparison with an animal or an obscene gesture.
Step 4
If you are unhappy with the store's service, ask for a complaint book. If the seller refuses to provide it to you, this is also an administrative offense. Contact the consumer protection department for justice.
Step 5
In any case, if you think that someone is infringing on your rights and freedoms, do not leave this case without consequences. Learn to defend yourself, because the law is on your side, and all you need to do is give a signal.
