Instructions

Step 1

To make a cookie-based cake, use a meat grinder or hand blender. Break the confection into small pieces and twist or grind. Pour the resulting sand mixture into an enamel bowl, add condensed milk and stir. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Take milk, pour it into a saucepan and put it on low heat, when it boils, remove from the stove and cool to room temperature. You can take milk of any fat content, according to your taste. Add sour cream and whisk until smooth. Add eggs to the mixture one at a time, stirring continuously.

Step 3

Pour the gelatin into a separate container, you can put it in a glass and pour 200 ml of water, use a chilled liquid. After 40 minutes, when it swells, pour the resulting composition into a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Cool it down.

Step 4

Add the resulting liquid to the milk-sour cream and stir. Take the cookie cutter out of the refrigerator and pour the cream onto the base. Put back in the cold, for 3-4 hours, until the mass hardens. You can decorate the resulting cake with berries, add pieces of chocolate or cocoa to the cream.

Step 5

Mix the jam with sugar and water, pour the resulting mixture onto the frozen milk cream and put it back in the refrigerator. Take out the cake after an hour and decorate as desired, using whipped cream or coconut.
