According to the data indicated in the biography, Andrei Klepach was born on March 4, 1959 into a Moscow family. He studied well at school and, having received a certificate of maturity, entered Moscow State University. Work in the ministry
Foreign partners closely watched the reform of the Russian economy. In 1997, Andrei Nikolaevich was invited to cooperate with the Central Bank of Finland. The expert was asked to make a medium-term forecast for establishing economic ties with Russia. The candidate of economic sciences has confirmed his high status. At the next stage, Klepach took the position of Director of the Research Department at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Then for five years he headed the famous "Development Center" at the Foundation for Economic Research. After that, I had to say goodbye to creativity and take an administrative position.
In the spring of 2004, Andrei Nikolaevich took up an office within the walls of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. Officially, his position was called Director of the Department of Macroeconomic Forecasting. To put it simply, according to the military, Klepach was appointed the chief intelligence officer. He had to establish an optimal and efficient network of informants who supply important data for the department. A group of analysts sifted out “empty” messages and made a forecast based on reliable information. Experts know that oil prices do not change by themselves. Any change is preceded by certain events, at first glance, far from the oil market.
For ten years, Klepach has been making forecasts. In parallel with his main work, a highly qualified specialist took part in the development of the "Russian World" project. The country's development program until 2020 became an integral part of this document. Some believe that it is necessary to deepen cooperation with the European Union and the United States, while others are in favor of relying on their own resources. In 2014, Klepach decided to leave his service in the ministry and filed a letter of resignation. He was already expected at the board of Vnesheconombank.
