The creation of a non-profit state institution is a rather complicated and lengthy process that requires the preparation of a large number of documents. How to start creating or reorganizing an institution?
Instructions
Step 1
Come up with a name for the establishment and define its type and purpose. This can be, for example, an institution of additional education or culture.
Step 2
Develop a charter in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The charter must be signed by the head with a seal attached.
Step 3
To open an institution, contact the Federal Registration Authority by submitting the main documents to it, namely: a statement, decision or protocol on the creation of a structure, a list of founders, a charter, information about the address of a newly opened institution, where it will be possible to communicate with it. Also attach the appropriate receipt for the payment of the fee.
Step 4
Equip the building that will house your institution. Review safety requirements and government standards. For example, if this is a cultural institution, then you need to find out in detail what requirements are imposed on it in relation to fire safety and sanitation. Special design requirements are imposed on institutions that provide educational services. Illumination, the height of the furniture, the color in which the premises are painted - all this must strictly comply with the established rules, otherwise the building will not be allowed to operate. Do not forget about creating a catering point for employees and a medical office. Additional education institutions should be equipped with appropriate equipment and special capabilities.
Step 5
Obtain a license for the right to carry out the desired type of activity. If, for example, this is an educational institution, then it must be licensed for at least five years, and must also obtain accreditation, that is, the right to issue educational documents (certificates, diplomas, certificates).
Step 6
Announce in the media about the opening date of the institution and the conditions for its operation.
