The future Russian singer, composer and producer was born in Leningrad on December 6, 1977. Kostya showed a penchant for music already in childhood. Taking into account his interests, he received his education. After graduating from a music school, Konstantin entered the pop department of the St. Petersburg University of Culture and Arts in the piano class. He graduated from the university in 2001, having received a diploma of the head of a pop ensemble.
Subsequently, Kostomarov moved to the capital of Russia, but in fact worked both in Moscow and in St. Petersburg. In 2000, Konstantin organized the EURO group, where he was a songwriter and soloist. For several years, the musical group has toured many cities in Russia, Germany and Estonia.

In 2002, Kostomarov participates in the creation of a recording studio, which is still successfully functioning. In 2013, the studio became the "Konstantin Kostomarov Production Center".
Since 2008, Konstantin Dmitrievich began to cooperate with Viktor Drobysh. He is also known as a producer and arranger for the National Music Corporation.
In 2013, Kostomarov began to combine production activities with solo performances, performing with the author's pop program. In the summer of the same year, the duet of Kostomarov and Tatiana Bulanova took first place in the hit parade of Russian Radio Estonia.
