Every leader is required to make a huge number of decisions every day. These requirements come both "from above" and "from below" and, as a rule, in writing. This means that you should also respond to these requirements in writing, correctly drawing up your resolution on the documents.

Instructions

Step 1

Read the document sent to you and understand what is required of you. Mentally formulate your order, while identifying a specific performer or a group of performers who will directly translate your decision into reality. That is, identify the person to whom you assign responsibility for solving the problem that has arisen. And who will either solve this problem on his own, or select the appropriate performers to solve the indicated problem.

Step 2

Select the place on the document where you will put your resolution. Typically, resolutions are written in the upper right corner of the document. However, if there is not enough space, then you can write a resolution on any other free area on the front side of the document. You can also leave the resolution on a separate sheet of A6 format and attach it to the document with a paper clip, indicating the registration number and date of the document to which the resolution relates.

Step 3

Indicate the person to whom your order is addressed in the first line of the resolution. It is not necessary to indicate the position of the performer, the surname and initials will be enough (For example: "AA Sidorov"). Please note that if there are several performers, then the employee whose last name is listed first in the list will be recognized as responsible for the execution, regardless of whether you put the mark “responsible for execution” in front of her or not.

Step 4

Tell the performer very briefly and clearly what he needs to do in an imperative manner. For example: "Accept for execution …", "Consider and agree …", etc. If it is required to indicate the deadlines for the execution of your resolution, then they are indicated specifically and clearly. You should not write "two weeks" or "one month", indicate the exact date of the execution of your order. For example: "until 2012-25-09." This will save not only the nerves and time of the performers, but also yours, as it will avoid unnecessary clarifications and approvals.

Step 5

Sign and date the resolution.
