So is it worth sticking to the name of the company that you came up with for it at the time of creation? Perhaps you came up with a more interesting idea. Or maybe it is required by the market conjuncture. In general, your task is to register the new name of your company.
Instructions
Step 1
Hold a meeting of founders (or general meeting of shareholders). Make a formal decision at this meeting to change the name of the company and sign the corresponding protocol. In addition, approve the new version of the articles of association and articles of association. If you also need to change the seal of the organization, then also approve the sketch of this seal.
Step 2
Draw up an application for state registration of changes (form Р13001). Sign this document in the presence of a notary. In order for a notary to certify your signature, provide him with documents confirming your authority and a civil passport.
Step 3
Pay the state fee.
Step 4
Submit a signed application for state fees personally to the registration authorities (tax office). If you cannot transfer all these documents in person, issue a power of attorney to the person who will transfer them on your behalf. In this case, registration documents will be sent to you by mail to the legal address of the company.
Step 5
Wait 5 days. If you have provided all the required documents, then during this time the registration of the new name of your company will be completed. You will personally receive a certificate of registration and new constituent documents or amendments to them. Or wait until the tax authorities send them to you by mail.
Step 6
Contact the Pension Fund, the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund and the Social Insurance Fund to expedite their issuance of new policyholder notices and insurance certificates to you. By that time, these funds should have received all data on the change in the name of your company from the tax office by e-mail, but it will not be superfluous to verify this personally.
