Trapp Kevin is a German footballer, goalkeeper for Eintracht Frankfurt and the German national team.
Biography
The future footballer was born on July 8, 1990 in the small town of Merzig. From childhood, the boy began to play football. Kevin started playing as a striker, but soon the coaches decided to put the boy in the goalkeeper's position.
Kevin played as a striker for one season, but the next season played as a goalkeeper, showing good results.
Performance in youth teams
At the age of 7, Kevin began to study at the German sports school "Brotford", and after 3 years he got to "Bachem". At the age of 13 he moved to Mettlach. In this team, he played for 2 seasons and soon moved to the academy of the team, which was called - "Kaiserslautern". Kevin played in the West Regional League. Kevin's trainers, at the time, were Gerald Ehrmann.
First club
In 2008 Trapp played for Kaiserslautern, he managed to play for the main team, due to the absence of the main goalkeeper, who was injured. A month later, Kevin returned to a deep reserve, but soon the main goalkeeper was again seriously injured and dropped out before the end of the season, for Kevin it was an excellent opportunity to gain a foothold in the main team.
In the 2011/2012 season, Kevin played 23 matches and conceded 31 goals. For Kaiserslautern, the 2011/2012 season was a disaster.
Transfer to "Eintracht"
Eintracht bought Kevin from Kaiserslautern for a small amount. Kevin signed a contract for 4 years. Eintracht had serious problems with the goalkeepers, so Kevin immediately took the place of the main goalkeeper. But misfortune happened, Kevin broke his arm and left the team for a long time.
Kevin managed to fully recover by the 2012/2013 season and played all 34 matches in the Bundesliga. But the team took only thirteenth place. In the 2014/2015 season, the team had a new head coach who made Kevin the team captain.
Career at Paris Saint-Germain
In the 2015/2016 season, Trapp moved to a French club, namely Paris Saint-Germain. Kevin played his first match in the summer, in August, against Lyon. Kevin showed himself well at PSG and helped the team win the French Super Cup.
Kevin was able to take the place of the main goalkeeper, displacing Sirigu, who played for PSG since 2011 and was the main and irreplaceable goalkeeper. Kevin helped his team to reach one fourth of the Champions League, conceding the minimum number of goals.
Kevin made a huge contribution to the game of PSG, thanks to Paris Saint-Germain, Kevin became a famous footballer.
