Anyone can have a misunderstanding with the hospital staff on any issue. You, as a citizen of Russia, have the right to defend your own interests. To remind nursing staff who do not want to help you or your loved ones, please file a complaint with a superior management.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, go to the head physician, to his deputy for medical work of the hospital or to the head of the department. There you can leave a detailed complaint about the actions of their subordinates. Please note: it is not enough to verbally explain your problem, be sure to fix it in writing. The hospital management has no right to prevent this and, most likely, will not do it. Try to be objective and consistent in your complaint. In no case do you fall into insults by the hospital staff.
Step 2
If the complaint to the fined medical institution did not have any effect and you did not receive an answer to it within two weeks, you must contact the Health Department or the Department of Health. Their contact details can be obtained from your hospital.
Step 3
The Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare has a Public Council for the Protection of Patients' Rights. You can duplicate your complaint about the work of a medical institution there by calling the hotline +7 (499) 578-02-97. This line operates from 10 am to 6 pm (Moscow time) on weekdays. In addition, a complaint about the hospital can be sent by e-mail to +7 (985) 122-89-00.
Step 4
Often, people who were not provided with the proper services in the hospital unite in initiative groups. Try to find like-minded people. Chances are, you are not the only one who has been offended in this medical institution. The more signatures you collect under the petition, the faster the authorities will respond to your complaints.
