Childhood and family
Alexander Shaganov was born in 1965 in Moscow. His family was very far from art, none of his ancestors was anything creative. Yes, and Sasha himself at first grew up as an ordinary child. He did not dream of becoming a great actor or a popular musician. Somewhere in the depths of his soul lived a dream to enter a literary institute, but the boy considered it unrealizable.
Education
After school, Alexander entered the Institute of Telecommunications. Why go there? It's just that the educational institution was located next to the house, and there was a military department. What else can an ordinary boy dream of?
Few people knew that Sasha wrote poetry from early childhood. And he wanted the whole country to sing them. Only a few of his classmates in the school ensemble knew about Alexander's addiction and happily used his poems in their performances.
Career
After graduating from the Institute of Communications, Alexander Shaganov worked for several years in his specialty. But even here, the future songwriter tried to be closer to music, choosing the profession of a sound engineer.
Meanwhile, the poetic gift given by God was more and more strengthened and demanded an exit. Alexander began to get acquainted with the musicians and offer them his poems. But few people were interested in the work of an unknown sound engineer. Music in our country at that time was generally going through hard times.
But once Alexander Shaganov was lucky. He read one of his poems "Vladimirskaya Rus" by telephone to the leader of the "Black Coffee" group. The poem delighted the musician, and the song written to these words soon became a hit.
This is how the career of the songwriter Alexander Shaganov began. Soon, Alexander met with the Lube group, and subsequently wrote more than a hundred songs for them. Shaganov also wrote for Zhenya Belousov, Dima Malikov and the Ivanushki-international group. Almost all the hits of these performers were written by Shaganov. The dream of his childhood has come true - now the whole country sings his songs.
Personal life
Alexander Shaganov has a strong family, consisting of his wife Catherine and daughter Lisa. The poet's wife works as an artist, and her works adorn some galleries in Moscow. The songwriter's daughter studies at a music school, and Alexander values his little princess very much, dedicating poetry to her.
On the eve of his fiftieth birthday, Alexander Shaganov decided to write his autobiography. The book is called "I Shaganov in Moscow" and tells about the poet's life without embellishment. Alexander's wife helped to design the book.
