Biography
Sergey Alexandrovich was born in Leningrad in 1958. After leaving school, he went to get higher education in the capital and entered the Moscow Aviation Institute, the faculty of automated control systems. In 1982 he graduated from the university, and in 1987 became a candidate of technical sciences with all the consequences.
Even then, rapid changes began in the country, and, as an intuitive person, Kozlovsky realized that with his education in such times, much could not be achieved. And after a couple of years he entered the Academy of National Economy to become a manager. In parallel, he worked as a software engineer at a research institute, where he studied in graduate school.
When the nineties came and private enterprises began to be organized, Sergei got the idea to organize an enterprise for the sale of cars. This idea prompted him to buy a car. In this market, it is not so easy to understand, you can get caught by scammers who sell stolen or wrecked cars. Or they even sell "drowned men" who will rust in a year. Having cooked in this "mess", Sergei thought that this is a good business, if you work honestly. This is how the company "INKOM-Auto" appeared, owned by the brothers Sergey and Dmitry Kozlovsky.
Later, it was his brother who persuaded him to take up real estate as well, and, as it turned out, just in time, threw up this idea. In the conditions of the unstable Russian economy, it is very risky to engage in any kind of business. It so happened that INCOM-Auto went bankrupt, and INCOM-Real Estate still exists.
After the restructuring, the business developed very rapidly: at that time there was not enough housing, there was a great need for retail and office space, so there was enough work. The company employed almost eight thousand realtors who worked in Moscow and the Moscow region. Such a huge team was able to discipline and organize only a very talented manager. Kozlovsky himself says that he was helped by a technical mindset: all people were divided into teams, where there was a manager, and each team also had its own departments and department heads.
When Sergei Aleksandrovich is asked why his competitors did not survive in the market conditions, he assumes that they did not conduct a very honest business. And in his company, the main credo was precisely honesty towards clients, and this was his constant personal concern and the foundation on which all the work of "INCOM-Real Estate" was built. Their clients told other people about a decent company, and so word of mouth worked for the good.
Now the situation is somewhat different than it was in those years: the "big boom" has passed, and people have begun to improve their living and working conditions. Someone is expanding their office, someone is buying a bigger apartment or wants to buy housing for their children and grandchildren. Gradually saturation occurs, and more or less calm work is going on, without rushwork.
And in the nineties, it was necessary to work hard to meet the demand of all customers. But the business also expanded: in 1994, "INCOM-Real Estate" turned into a huge holding, and then there was a merger with the "Moscow Central Real Estate Exchange", which was headed by Konstantin Popov. Kozlovsky became the president of the united company "INKOM-Nedvizhimost".
When in one interview he was asked why he teamed up with Popov, the businessman replied that he offered many the idea of unification, because he felt the need for this action. However, only the head of the Moscow Exchange responded. And this is also a significant event, because Konstantin Olegovich adheres to the same policy of honesty and transparency in business and customer relations as Kozlovsky.
Now "INCOM-Real Estate" has a share of more than 30% in the Moscow real estate market, more than 70% in the suburban real estate market, and more than 50% in the rental housing market.
Since 2000, Sergey Kozlovsky has been engaged in construction. Now he is the head of the VILLAGIO ESTATE company, which builds luxury country houses in the Moscow region. And it is this business that is now of primary interest to him.
Creative projects
Speaking about Kozlovsky, it is impossible not to mention his work - it is so impressive. On his personal website you can see films that tell about a long history: "Mystery of the Earth" in two episodes, "Chronicles of the Earth" in six parts, "Creating a Woman", "The Main War of Atlantis", "History of Russia". There are also historical books that take readers into the vast depths of time. However, the most amazing thing, perhaps, is the songs - lyrical, melodious, with an unusual melody. They are written and performed by Sergei Kozlovsky himself, and his voice sounds quite professional.

Personal life
Sergei Alexandrovich is married and has three children. Kozlovsky, for all his busyness, spends a lot of time with his family. They especially love to travel together. Of course, children are already adults and independent, but everyone loves to get together and communicate.
Kozlovsky monitors his health, goes to the gym. And also his credo is the all-round development of the personality. And even in our complex world, he believes that the main thing for a person is to constantly be in harmony with the world.
