Artist's childhood
The artist's biography dates back to August 25, 1961. Sergey Krylov was born in Tula. His family cannot be called famous and famous. Mom - Valentina Ilinichna - worked in the defense industry. And she devoted her whole life to this business - she came to the plant at the age of 18, and so she stayed there. The boy's own father broke up with her, and Alexei Tarkhanov played the role of father for him. The stepfather treated the boy warmly, which Sergei himself noted more than once in his memoirs. And he managed to become a real authority for the boy, whom he can and should be equal to.
However, the happy old age of Krylov's parents did not become. In 2004, his mother and stepfather, who at that time were 63 and 78 years old, were killed in their own house in Tula.
Krylov strove for creativity from early childhood, as his relatives noted. Moreover, when he was little, he was attracted by the repertoire of Joseph Kobzon. Krylov began to sing before he spoke, they joked in his family. In 1977, Sergei graduated from music school, having received the education necessary for a singer. A year later, he graduated from a regular secondary school. The desire to devote his life to acting did not leave the young man, so he applied to the theater institute in Yaroslavl.
But then he was disappointed - from the first attempt he could not enter. But in 1981 he still achieves his goal and receives a diploma in the specialization "actor of drama theater and cinema."
Music lessons
Record studio made its contribution to the development of Krylov's career as a musician. He was noticed by the musician Levon Vardanyan, and together with him Krylov continued his stellar path - up to the musical Olympus. In 1986 he already went on his first tour. A year later, he released his first album under the beautiful and poetic title "Illusion of Life". In 1987, the premiere of the video for the song "Black Sea" took place.
Then everything went like clockwork. Sergey releases the video "Hello, Alla Borisovna", which also brought him a few more steps on the path to success. The shooting was attended by the main star of the national scene.
In December 1991, the absolute hit "Girl" appeared, which seemed to be sung by the whole country and is still known to every young man at the age of 30.
In 1994, a new solo album "Port Said" - it was sold in a serious circulation: more than 500 thousand copies. And a year later, Krylov's solo album was held in New York. In 1997, the musician and members of the Raznye Lyudi group finished work on another album, Monsieur Vysotsky, Come Back to Us. And for the anniversary of Vysotsky, the video "In short, I'm calling from Sochi" was released on television.
Other directions
In addition to the song direction, Krylov tried himself in cinema. So, in 1989, he took part in the filming of the film Made in India, being in the country of the same name. The plot of the film is based on a concert by another popular star Valery Leontiev and the Echo group. He also starred in several episodes of a number of films and even tried himself in the lead role in the film "An idiot's dream." However, the version of The Golden Calf, which was filmed by Vasily Pichula, could not find a warm response from the audience. And the image of Ostap Bender did not submit to the charming singer and showman. Therefore, he made a decision not to apply more closely to the actors.
In 1994, Sergei Krylov acted as a producer for Maria Katz at Eurovision - she was the first Russian participant in this music competition. This year generally became quite fruitful for Krylov - he also released another album and launched the Angel 421 project.
At the age of 33, Sergey Krylov started across Russia with his big tour. Moreover, it was planned that foreign performers would also take part in it. In addition, the plans included a charitable program. The project was recorded in America, but besides Krylov, there were no other celebrities there. Even when he lived in Tula, Sergei Krylov met his future wife. It was Larisa Makarova. The couple had a daughter, Carolina. But this did not save the marriage - it broke up pretty quickly. At the same time, Krylov himself does not hide that he was not the best father - he hardly saw the child. In 2012, journalists found the girl and found out that she did not live in the best conditions. However, through such a report, communication between father and daughter was resumed.
The second time Sergei Krylov became a husband for his classmate Lyubov Drobovik. They studied together at the Yaroslavl University. In 1992, their son Yang was born. In 2014, Lyubov and his son moved to America. The young man entered college at the Faculty of Film Comics History. Krylov is proud of his son and constantly talks about his achievements.
