The world's leading bankers continue to die mysteriously. Their deaths are so unexpected and sometimes ridiculous that many people are already beginning to get the impression that these high-ranking financiers have fallen victim to some mysterious world conspiracy, and many bankers are being killed in a deliberately cynical and cruel way. It is truly true that being close to big money is a huge risk to life.
2014 claimed the lives of at least 15 people who belong to the world's financial elite.
On January 26, 2014, the first mysterious death of a famous banker took place. In his house, which is located in the very center of London, for some reason, the 58-year-old former top manager of Deutsche Bank, William Broxmith, suddenly decided to take his own life. The police notified the public that a suicide had occurred.
And now, after just one day, on January 27, 2014, two financiers immediately went to the next world, and at the time of death they were on different ends of the Earth. The first victim - the managing director of TataMotors, 51-year-old Karl Slim was found dead in the fashionable Shangri-La hotel in the sunny capital of Thailand.
The second victim is 39-year-old JPMorgan employee Gabrielle Magee. He threw himself from the rooftop of JPMorgan's European headquarters in foggy London.
And now two troubling days have passed, the world froze in anticipation. Still, three deaths in two days is clearly a non-tragic coincidence.
The news was not long in coming: on January 29, friends of 50-year-old Mike Ducker, chief economist at Russell Investments, reported his disappearance to the police. The search began, and Mike Ducker was found on the side of the road. He fell from a fence with a height of more than 15 meters. Of course, the police qualified the incident as suicide. Friends of the deceased noted that in recent years, Duker often talked about some "problems at work." An extremely curious situation is developing - usually bankers and financiers massively commit suicide during the collapse of the stock markets, however, American stock indexes are confidently going up and there are no bankruptcies of large enterprises so far.
In early February 2014, there was another mysterious death of a famous financier. Now, 57-year-old Richard Talley, CEO and founder of AmericanTitle, has decided to take his own life. Here, in general, sheer mysticism. Apparently, Talley had some supernatural powers, like the popular heroes of numerous comics, based on which the best works of Hollywood are filmed. This superman managed to shoot himself in the head and body eight (!) Times with a nail gun. This is what happens when you really want to immediately part with the hateful life of a director of a large company.
Tim Dickinson, Director of Communications at British Swiss Re AG, died in March 2014. Here, in general, the public was not informed about what and how. In general, the causes of death are unknown.
Here's another death in February 2014. JP Morgan top manager Ryan Henry Crane, 37, also appeared to be very tired of the hard life and decided to commit suicide. The circumstances of the banker's death are carefully hidden from the world community. The only thing that the top manager of the largest bank received after his untimely death was a small obituary in a regional newspaper.
JPMorgan's headquarters around the world seem to be a strong attraction for successful financiers who decide to take their own lives. So 33-year-old Li Changshi could not resist and took a step into the abyss.
On February 19, in the town of Scottsdale, Arizona, the lifeless body of James Stewart Jr., the former head of the National Bank of Commerce, was discovered. In this case, the family decided to hide the circumstances of the death of the influential banker from the general public.
On March 11, 2014, Edmund Reilly, 47, trader at Midtown’s Vertical Group, threw himself under a train. According to eyewitnesses to the tragedy, Reilly waited for the train to approach, standing on the edge of the platform, and jumped onto the tracks even before the train began to slow down. Friends of the deceased say that recently Edmund was extremely worried about something, looked tired and depressed.
On March 12, Kenneth Bellando, a 28-year-old trader at Levy Capital and a former investment analyst at JPMorgan, jumped out of his apartment window in New York. He also did not see the point in his further existence. Where to go? Well-paid job, own apartment on the East Side, good looks, youth. Under such circumstances, it is not surprising to lose meaning in life and decide to settle scores with it.
In April 2014, the bodies of the notorious banker, 57-year-old Jan Peter, his wife and youngest daughter were found in Holland. Here the situation is somewhat different. Peter gained notoriety in his homeland thanks to the huge "golden parachute" after the bankruptcy and nationalization of the bank AbnAmro, which he once headed.
On April 8, 48-year-old Jurgen Frick was shot dead in an underground garage. It was the garage of one of the financial companies hiding comfortably in the county of Liechtenstein. Here, apparently, it did not work to "convince" the famous financier to commit suicide, so they just watched and shot. By the way, Jurgen Frick once worked as the CEO of Bank Frick & Co.
On April 22, the mysterious woman Lydia took her own life, whose surname remained unknown. The media know only that she, as usual, came to work at the Bred-Banque Populaire and at 10 o'clock jumped out of the window of the 14th floor.
August came, and again a strange death. This time, she overtook the 39-year-old top manager of the bank Goldman Sachs Group Inc, Nicholas Waltz. It is known that the banker was fond of kitesurfing. It's such a mixture of windsurfing and paragliding. The roller was attached to a kite (kite) and with the help of the rudder he caught the wind and glided on the board along the waves at a speed of up to 60 km / h. Roller was found strapped to a kite, and the rest of his equipment was damaged and was not far from the body. The most interesting thing is that according to the preliminary version, the banker's death occurred from strangulation (!).
Here is a list of the most mysterious banker deaths in 2014. I wonder if it will still be replenished and what is the reason for such a massive death of successful bankers and financiers. It remains only to guess and build versions of the worldwide financial conspiracy.
