According to the Constitution of Ukraine, public organizations to protect the rights and freedoms of the population can be created by all citizens without exception. There are many public organizations in Ukraine, including public organizations of people with disabilities, volunteer organizations, public organizations of pensioners and others. If you decide to create your own organization, you need to go through several required steps.
Instructions
Step 1
First, determine the territorial affiliation of your organization in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizens' Associations". According to this law, an organization can be urban, all-Ukrainian or international. Conduct a meeting of founders and draw up a minutes of this meeting, in which indicate the goals and objectives of the future community organization. The minutes must be signed by the chairman and secretary of the founding meeting.
Step 2
Next, choose a name for your organization and reserve it with the district administration in the business department. To do this, fill out an application for reserving the name of a legal entity. At the time of application, pay the state fee in the amount of 34 UAH. Have your original passport and TIN with you. Make sure that the registrar has issued you a certificate of registration of the name, indicating the deadline for submitting the remaining documents.
Step 3
Now you need to prepare all the necessary documents within the specified time frame. To do this, collect the following papers: - a notarized application for the creation of a public organization, signed by all founders;
- the organization's charter in duplicate;
- minutes of the meeting of founders in duplicate;
- data on the composition of the management bodies and the founders of the organization;
- documents on the location of the organization;
- receipts for payment of state fees for registration of a public organization in the amount of UAH 85;
- registration card (form No. 1) on the state registration of a legal entity (3 copies).
Step 4
After that, you must be issued a certificate of registration of a public organization and a legal entity with which you apply to the State Tax Service, the Pension Fund, the Social Insurance Fund and other organizations to go through the next stage of registration of a public organization.
Step 5
After that, contact the authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to obtain documents for the registration of seals and stamps of the organization. To do this, also pay the state fee and notarize the registration certificate. After receiving all the documents, you can go to the bank to draw up the organization's current account.
