Evgeny Yuryevich Loginov is a well-known politician in the Russian Federation. Three times he was a deputy of the State Duma. On his account there are many achievements related to military and social activities.
Biography
Loginov was born on May 13, 1965 in the city of Karasuk, in the Novosibirsk region. He decided to associate his life with military politics. In 1986 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Higher Military-Political Combined Arms School with the rank of lieutenant. Later, in 1995, he graduated from the Military University of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, he studied at the military-humanitarian faculty as a military sociologist-researcher.
Eugene served in the military from 1986 to 1993. He was able to get the rank of deputy company commander. His task was to control the political savvy of the personnel. Later he became an assistant to the head of the political department of the Komsomol work, then became the "right hand" of the battalion commander.
Starting in 1993, he decided to test his strength in politics, became a deputy of the State Duma. His labor activity in this area continued until 2003 with a break of two years.
At the dawn of his political career, Loginov already understood what he would do in the future. He began to conduct psychological training of military personnel at the main directorate of educational work of the armed forces of the Russian Federation. He retired with the rank of colonel in 2008. He has a wife and three children.
Political career
In 1992, Eugene decided to get involved in politics. In his new activities, his mentor was the famous Vladimir Zhirinovsky, a very controversial and purposeful figure for the post-Soviet space. Loginov joined the Liberal Democratic Party of the Russian Federation.
In December 1993 he won the elections to the State Duma. He managed to get into the federal parliament on the regional lists. He became a member of the faction, entered the defense committee, in which he received the position of deputy chairman.
For the second convocation of the State Duma, Yevgeny Yuryevich decided to go through a single-mandate circle. He was the only member of the Liberal Democratic Party who was able to win the vote in this way, and not thanks to party lists. Once again he took a place in the faction and the defense committee.
Election for the post of governor of the Novosibirsk region became a very risky step in Yevgeny's life. He decided to run and took fifth place in the vote, but his gap was not too significant. Opponents received 22 and 18 percent of the vote, while Loginov got 15.
The final note in his political career was getting into the federal parliament for the third time. The powers of the deputy Loginov received in the order of the list "Block of Zhirinovsky", taking the place of Vladimir Semenkov, who died in an accident.
Social activity
Evgeny Loginov is an active follower and participant of Russian Marches. These are annual processions and rallies organized by representatives of Russian nationalist organizations. As a rule, they are held on the Day of National Unity on November 4th. Yevgeniy was detained many times for participating in political actions aimed at protest.
